1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bk8mya platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, placing a bet, accessing a casino game, or transacting through any bk8mya service — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the bk8mya Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines that bk8mya may publish from time to time on its platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account with bk8mya. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. bk8mya reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

3.3 Account Security

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk8mya platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of bk8mya content without express written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk8mya, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to gamble on bk8mya;
• Interruptions or errors in service resulting from causes beyond bk8mya's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or third-party platform outages;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the bk8mya platform;

10. Termination & Account Closure

bk8mya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in response to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a player's self-exclusion request. Upon closure of an account for cause, bk8mya may withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

Players wishing to close their bk8mya account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the completion of standard due diligence procedures.
